I understand the weight of responsibility, because I’ve carried it.

Having worked alongside the Special Forces, stepped up to Warship Captaincy and commanded the United Kingdom’s largest Bomb Disposal and Diving Squadron, I’ve learnt the value of clear thinking and sound judgement when circumstances are uncertain, expectations are evolving and decisions carry real consequence.
